Switching to a new mortgage product?

New Mortgage Product

Please enter the code from the letter we issued to you, the code can be found on page 2. You may have more than one letter (see below).

If your current Mansfield mortgage product ends in the next 4 months, then we may be able to help you transfer to a new mortgage product.

Depending on your particular needs, the main benefits of staying with us are:

  • No fees to switch mortgage products
  • No re-valuation of the property required

Apply online using the code found on page 2 of the letter sent to you.

You may have more than one letter, this means that your mortgage is made up of different parts and you will need to complete this process for each one.

If you don’t need advice choosing your mortgage product, this is called execution only. Applying on an Execution Only basis, means that you choose the mortgage product and we won’t give you any advice or help you to make your decision. This also means that you won’t benefit from the protection of the Financial Conduct Authority rules on assessing suitability. For these reasons, you should only apply in this way if you are confident that you are able to choose a mortgage product that is right for you, your circumstances, and financial needs and that you are happy to take responsibility for your decision. If you are choosing your new mortgage product yourself, the society will not be responsible for your new mortgage selection.

Please ensure that everyone named on the mortgage is choosing to proceed online.

You can proceed online if:

  • You have received your letter from us regarding a change to your mortgage product.
  • You do not want to make any other changes to your mortgage.
  • There are no significant changes to your circumstances.

Our opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

When you submit your request online, we will send you a Product Transfer pack which contains documents that must be signed by everybody named on the mortgage and returned to us before your current product finishes.

Apply through your Mortgage Broker

Please feel free to contact your mortgage broker if you would prefer for them to help you with your new mortgage product. We will need your signature to allow them to act on your behalf – your broker will be able to provide you with this form.
